Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and configures access control, security alarms, and closed circuit television systems
Responds to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoots and repairs as needed.
Completes necessary documentation as per the Service Delivery Policy.
Communicates with central dispatch on current work order status and receives updates on outstanding customer issues on a daily basis following the Service Delivery Policy.
Participates in after hours service program.
Assists on installation projects during non-utilized time.
Associate's degree in Electronics or related field. 1-3 years experience.
Working knowledge of card access systems, cctv , gate operators, intercom systems.
General knowledge of electronics, components, and construction.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a short period of time.
Completes necessary certification courses on internal and external products used.
Good verbal and written communication skills for summarizing tasks performed with customer.
